Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If a technical issue prevents use of paid features and we cannot remedy it, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund review.
• Digital Content Packs & Usage Credits: Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not available once content or credits have been accessed or used. If you purchased by mistake and haven't used the content/credits, contact us within the refund window.
• How refunds are sent: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For WeChat Pay, refunds return to the WeChat Pay account in the original currency, subject to provider timelines.
• Processing time: Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment method and bank/wallet.
